  We called and asked for a kids recliner to be held because our location was out of stock. The girl on the phone said she was going to hold it for us and we were on the way. Drove 30 mins get to the service desk and it hadn’t been held and they all were rude and didn’t seem to care that it wasn’t held. Pretty sure the girl we talked to on the phone was standing up there too and didn’t even acknowledge us. We ended up walking off and finding it ourselves. Horrible customer service. Thankfully they still had a few left.
