    Salesman David B. was great. He let us look around and was not pushy. Made the buying experience pleasant. HOWEVER.... The delivery was another story. I had 2 texts and 2 calls confirming delivery time was 3-7. I planned my entire day around the delivery. At 12:27 the delivery guy called and said he was 15 minutes out. I told him I was not available as the delivery time was confirmed between 3-7. He then had the delivery dispatch call me. The dispatcher I spoke with was not helpful and I asked to speak with a manager. She connected me with Frank. I explained to Frank I was not available and I received communication confirming the delivery time window. He told me he would call the driver and have the couch delivered during the 3-7 timeframe. I asked and confirm with Frank twice that the couch would be delivered and he said, “Yes, it will be delivered between 3-7. At 7:15 the couch had not arrived. I called the number that the delivery guy had called me on and was hung up on. I then called the store. The manager I spoke with, Laura, did absolutely nothing to help. She took no ownership of the situation. She said there was nothing that could be done and I would have to wait until the next day. I asked to have the delivery charge refunded and she said she couldn’t do that. As a store manager, one would think they have the empowerment to refund a customer $90.00 because of their company’s mistake. Laura even said she would be glad to refund the entire purchase. I got the impression that she wanted to give me refund rather than help a customer out. Even then it still couldn’t be done until the next day. This is my third purchase through this company and by far the worst experience I have had. While previous experiences were nothing to rave about, they at least delivered my purchases when they said they would.
