  I went to the Grapevine Mills mall to visit this store. I wanted to use a card that I received in the mail for the discount. I selected several items in the store for my spouse. Each of the shirts the pants and the shoes were a good quality and a great value as a result of the coupon. This location was easy to get to as a result of the amount of parking at the mall. I had to check the mall map in order to get to the store inside. The workers inside were extremely helpful assisting me find what I needed and further order what I couldn't find.

  i not a lot of good deals. bad customer service at the checkout .i was extremely disappointed with my visit today. i went in to purchase a pair of shoes but decided to purchase a 2nd pair when i found a pair priced at $24.97 in the,sale section. when i got to the register marisa who is also a store manager told me that 2nd pair of shoes priced at $24.97 were actually mispriced by the store and were actually $80 and not $24.97. marisa said she not only could not but would not honor the sale price although the were clearly marked and in the sale section. the best she could do would be to give me 10% off $80. i thought this was an unfair practice to me as a customer and i didnt feel like a valued customer! i felt that i should have been given the shoes at the sale price especially since they were mispriced by the store. this nike store does not value their customers and i will not be returning. thanks marisa for making my experience very unpleasurable!!!!
