  Robert my salesperson was great! He made sure I was happy. He was more worried with making me satisfied than he was about making a sale. A pillow I ordered was out of stock at the warehouse and Emilio offered to personally deliver one from the store to my house when he got off work. Couldn't have been more pleased with the folks at mattress firm outlet!

  I'm went in looking for an interspring mattress but was talked into the more expensive temperpedic mattress due to my back issues. I wake up in pain daily. They don't accept returns!! And the mattress they beloved has a hole in the top with a piece of wood in it. This is jnbelieveable. I'm miserable and paying for it.
