  I went here to get a new appraisal for my wedding rings for insurance purposes. The lady said the owner/appraiser wouldn't be there until about 3:30 so I called at 4pm to make sure he was there and she said she had no idea where he was or what time he would be there! I'm not sure what kind of business you can run successfully without telling your employees what time you'll arriving at work. He finally showed up at 4:30 and he didn't even look at the rings. He only looked at the previous appraisal, looked up a chart on his iPhone, and said whoever did my previous appraisal was on drugs, although he didn't bother to look at the quality of the precision cut diamond. He didn't treat my rings with respect, he was tossing them around on the glass counter. He was very short with me, acting like I was wasting his time even though no one else was in the store. I will never go back here again.
