  Management is very bad...A chinese girl and an african guy...they dont even like to talk to people....I wonder why they are working if they dont like to talk to customers....never visit FINISHLINE again...they are spoiling the brand...

  Without asking they signed me up for their rewards program. I've never had any other retailer do that before. I thought they were putting my return on store credit instead of back on my credit card. When I questioned them they said oh no don't worry about it it's not store credit. I asked what it was and they said they were signing me up for their discounts in the store – like a rewards card. I told them they never asked me if I wanted to do that and they shouldn't sign customers up without asking them. They said they just always sign customers up. Really bad practice and violates customer privacy.
